Atlaris AB reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice. The terms that applied at the time of purchase will always apply to that specific order.
2. Orders and Agreement
When you place an order through our website and the payment has been approved, the purchase becomes binding. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
Atlaris AB reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of obvious errors in pricing, stock availability, or product information.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT in accordance with EU regulations. Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before the purchase is completed.

4. Frakt och leverans
Orders are shipped from Sweden using reliable tracked shipping services through our logistics partners.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as delays within the carrier network or customs handling where applicable.
5. Returns and Refunds
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
In addition, Atlaris offers an extended 30-day return policy on all our games so that you can feel confident with your purchase.
Returns are always accepted, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or with missing parts. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be undamaged and complete with all components, unless it arrived damaged.
Once the return has been received and approved, we will issue a full or partial refund depending on the condition of the returned product.

6. Total Satisfaction Guarantee
In addition to our standard return policy, we offer our Total Satisfaction Guarantee.
This means that you may return the game even if you were simply not satisfied after playing it.
We want you to feel completely confident when purchasing from us, and we review each case individually with fairness and care. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
