They are also usually smaller cases and can be solved more easily in a shorter amount of time.
These cases make excellent gifts and are a great way to introduce new people to Case Files.
Seasoned Spotter
For those who have played Case Files or similar games before, it may be a good idea to start with one of these cases. These investigations are a bit larger and more complex, offering a satisfying challenge for everyone.
You can also start with these cases without prior experience, but it’s recommended to have someone with you who has played Case Files before!
Daring Detective
These cases are primarily recommended for those who have completed 1–2 previous investigations and are looking for a greater challenge. These games are more complex and contain more evidence and tricky gameplay elements than other investigations.
These cases can also be a bit longer and may require you to return the following evening to sort out all the details.
Criminologist
There are few cases more difficult than those in this difficulty category. These cases are tough, lengthy, and require a sharp eye for detail unlike other cases.
We strongly recommend that you complete several cases before taking on these challenges.
